GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The undersigned accepts the terms and conditions of sale and instructs Van Acker Coin Auctions for him the best conditions, to purchase the lots mentioned on this order, taking into account the maximum prices indicated.

The sale will be made in cash with a 20% increase, all costs included. In the case of gold coins, the increase will be 10%.
The lots are available to the purchaser against cash payment on the Tuesday after the auction or will be sent after payment.
In Belgium and the southern Netherlands, these can also be delivered to your home by arrangement and after payment.
The guarantee for the condition of the coins is full for each lot of maximum 3, described as ‘very beautiful’ or ‘beautiful’. If one has a hidden defect, it will be taken back and paid for if the complaint is made within the eight days after the sale or receipt is made. After this period no complaints will be accepted.
Not the least guarantee is given for coins in album pages or ‘remainders’. These are sold as is. The catalogue price is quoted approximately.
Written bids will be executed without additional charges above the 20% (or 10%), and sent by registered sent at the buyer's expense.
Only the courts of Sint Niklaas have jurisdiction in any disputes that may arise.
All orders are executed in euro.
Any expert assessment costs shall be borne by the seller. If the buyer requests an expertise and the lots are declared genuine, the costs shall be borne by the buyer.
The auctioneer has the right to split, merge or withdraw lots.
Obtained lots will be sent after full payment.
Cash payment of up to €3,000.
In case of contradiction, only the Dutch version of the terms and conditions is valid.
