Delivery

If you request that the lottery tickets be posted, we will charge the actual postage costs and – if required – the actual insurance cost. We will post the lottery tickets once payment has been received. Shipping is always at the buyer’s own risk. We can, of course, arrange for insured postage.

For buyers in the USA: shipping from Belgium to the USA is currently only possible in two ways: either in an envelope WITHOUT tracking, or via a courier service with a minimum charge of 44 euros. Please bear this in mind when placing your bids.

Packaging

We always pack the coins in a cardboard envelope or a small box. The coins are protected in plastic sleeves, reinforced where necessary. Valuable consignments are always sent in a box measuring 23 cm by 17 cm by 11 cm to minimise the risk of loss. The word ‘coins’ does not appear anywhere on the outside of the parcel.

Collection

From the Wednesday following the auction, you may collect your lots BY APPOINTMENT. This can be done at our office in Antwerp or Sint Pauwels. You can pay on the spot using a Bancontact terminal or in cash up to €3,000.

Delivery

In Belgium and the southern Netherlands, the lots can also be delivered at any time.
